How it works from a distance

1. Call or text 443-223-8036. We set up a walk-through with whoever has a key — a neighbor, realtor, attorney or lockbox.

2. We photograph and inventory anything that looks personal or valuable and send it to you.

​

3. You tell us what to keep and where to ship it. We pack it and send it.

​

4. We liquidate what has value, donate what can be used, recycle what can't, and haul the rest.

5. You get a broom-clean house and photos of the finished job — ready for the realtor.

Storage unit cleanouts

Inherited a storage unit, or paying for one you'll never use again? We clear units of every size across Central and Southern Maryland, often the same week. Items with value are sold and credited to your quote, the rest is donated or recycled, and we hand the empty unit back to the facility so the rent stops.
