The process
1. Walkthrough and quote. The owner walks the property with you, in person or by video, and gives you one written quote for the whole job.
2. Set-asides. Anything you want kept, shipped or delivered to family is pulled and photographed before the crew starts.
3. Sale, donation, recycling. Resale items are sold. Usable goods go to Falls Church and Fairfax County charities, with receipts. Recyclables are separated.
4. Haul-away. Whatever remains is loaded and hauled. The house is swept, and you receive photos of every room.
