• Estate clean outs: We remove everything in the house, including in the closets, cabinets, refrigerator, attic, basement, etc. After all items are gone, we will vacuum the entire house.

• Hoarding removal services: We have been clearing out properties since 2016. We know how to deal with the worst situations. No matter how bad the condition of the property is, we have seen worse, and can take care of it.

• Contents sold on your behalf: Coins, collectibles, antiques, tools and furniture that still have value are sold as part of the liquidation, and the proceeds are credited against the cost of your clean out.

• Donations: We have many charitable agencies that we work with. We box up small items or bag up clothing and deliver to the charity of your choice.

• Recycling: When cleaning out a property, we can recycle up to 75% of the contents — selling items of value, donating to charity, or recycling all paper and metal taken out of the property.

• Cleaning: After the property has been emptied, we offer complete cleaning services. From vacuuming only, to a complete top to bottom cleaning.

• Fully licensed and insured and have experience going back to 2016.

Prior to liquidation, you'll want to:

• Safeguard any important or sentimental documents, valuables, money, or jewelry;

• Designate which items are going to family members, friends, or others as necessary; and

• Make a cataloged list and mark everything you want to keep.

Don't dump drawers or throw anything away — you never know its value. We will work with you to evaluate each item and set aside anything you intend to keep. We sell anything of value as part of the liquidation and credit the proceeds to you, and we detail the cost to clear out, donate or recycle what's left over. Our services also include complete cleaning once the contents are gone. Out of state? We handle the whole liquidation remotely — photos and inventory to you, decisions from you, the finished house from us. We clear storage units, barns and outbuildings the same way.
