Estate Liquidation and Cleanouts in Calvert County
Calvert County is local for us. Our owner lives here, so a walkthrough in Prince Frederick, Huntingtown, Dunkirk, Chesapeake Beach, St. Leonard, Lusby or Solomons is a drive across the county, not a trip down from the city. The county's waterfront neighborhoods along the Bay and the Patuxent, from Chesapeake Ranch Estates and Drum Point up to Scientists Cliffs and Plum Point, were built out from the 1950s through the 80s, and many of the families who bought in are now downsizing or passing on. We sort, value and move the contents of those homes, and hand the house back broom-clean. Call 443-223-8036 for a free walkthrough.
What makes Calvert County estates different
Space and water. Calvert houses sit on big lots with sheds, pole barns, boat lifts and garages that have quietly filled up over decades. Tools, boats, trailers, fishing gear and tractors are common, and they have real value when they are sold properly instead of scrapped. Calvert is also a long way from most adult children. A parent retires to the water and the kids settle in Northern Virginia, Baltimore or out of state, and when the time comes they need someone nearby who will treat the house as carefully as they would.
Our answer to both is the same. The owner is on site for every project. Items with resale value are inventoried and sold, and the proceeds are credited against your invoice. Anything you want kept is set aside first, photographed and packed for shipping if needed. What charities can use is donated, with receipts. What can be recycled is recycled. The remainder is hauled, and the house is handed back broom-clean.

How a Calvert County project runs
Walkthrough. The owner walks the property with you in person or on a video call. You get a written quote for the whole job, with a schedule.
Keep list. Before the crew touches anything, we pull the items you have flagged. For families out of town, we photograph every room and send the pictures, then wait.
Liquidation. Furniture, tools, boats, decorative items and collections are priced and sold. This is where a Calvert estate usually offsets a meaningful share of the cleanout cost.
Donation and recycling. Usable goods go out early to charities in Calvert County. Metal, paper, electronics and cardboard are separated.
Haul-away and handoff. The last day is loading and a final sweep. You receive photos of every room, and the keys go wherever you direct.
Working with your realtor, attorney or personal representative
Calvert estates run through the Register of Wills in Prince Frederick, and there is usually an attorney, a personal representative and a listing agent with a date in mind. We coordinate with all of them. The quote can go to the attorney, keys can come from the agent, and the handoff photos can go to everyone at once. If the house is going on the market, we time the final sweep to the photographer's schedule. If you would rather be completely done, we can line up a move-out deep clean through our partner cleaning company and introduce a local realtor.
Discretion
Calvert is a county where neighbors notice. We run unmarked crews, keep nothing at the curb overnight, and do not post about the houses we work in.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle boats, trailers and tractors?
Yes. Titled equipment is sold through the right channels or donated, and the proceeds are credited to your invoice. Untitled gear, tools and fishing equipment are inventoried and sold with the rest of the contents.
Is there a travel charge in Calvert County?
No. Our owner lives in the county, so this is home. The quote covers the entire job.
My parents are still living in the house and downsizing. Can you help?
Yes. We clear what is not going to the new home, sell or donate it, and leave the rest of the house livable until moving day.
Can you work with a house that has been sitting empty for a while?
Yes. We clear vacant and inherited homes regularly, including ones that have had water or pest problems, and we tell you what we find as we go.
